  1. Red beans with rice.

  3. Take a piece of green tea dough that has been divided into 9 parts and has been fermented for 15 minutes, and wrap it in an appropriate amount of red bean paste.

  4. Roll into a ball, flatten, and cut with a spatula.

  5. Cut into shape.

  6. Twist it and flip the leaf petals so that they look like the picture.

  7. Make 8 pieces of dough into whatever shape you want, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and place in the refrigerator to chill.

  8. The next morning, put a bowl of hot water in the oven, warm up the whole bread and ferment it for 15 minutes, then bake it at 170 degrees for 18 minutes.
