Ingredients
Steps
-
Add an appropriate amount of sugar and yeast (I have my own dosage standards, so I won’t go into details here, because the dough of this silver wire roll is just a piece of baking dough, you can just put it according to your own standards for making baking dough at home, it is recommended to be more than 1% of the flour) and 150g of water into the flour to make a dough.
-
Cover the prepared dough with a damp cloth and let it rise. According to my experiment, it can be operated without completely rising.
-
Stretch the prepared dough a few times like making ramen noodles.
-
Brush oil on the surface of the stretched dough to prevent sticking. After brushing with oil, divide into small sections and set aside.
-
This is a wrapped silver roll. I didn’t have time to take the photo, so please forgive me! Let me briefly tell you that when rolling silver wire buns, roll out a round wrapper like a bun, take a small section of evenly divided wire and place it in the middle of the wrapper. First, lift the wrappers at both ends of the cross section and fold them toward the middle. Then, fold the remaining two sides in half.
