Overview
I made bread for the ACA Baking Competition but didn’t have time to post the recipes, so I took advantage of the annual break to post them one by one.

Steps
-
Cut the mixed dough into a small piece to pull out an unbreakable film, arrange it and cover it with a plastic bag to ferment.
-
Dip your finger in flour and poke holes in the fermented dough until it doesn't shrink or collapse.
-
Press and deflate, divide into 5 minutes, round and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
-
Add bean paste filling and wrap well.
-
Flatten with the seam facing down and use a rolling pin to gently roll it into a round shape.
-
Use a sharp knife or scissors to make 8 equal cuts without cutting in the middle.
-
Twist the two against each other, with the cut facing upwards.
-
Use a scraper to put it into the baking pan and cover it with a plastic bag for secondary fermentation.
-
After fermentation, put some sesame seeds in the middle (no brushing anything on the surface)
-
Preheat the oven to 170℃ for about 20 minutes (time and temperature are for reference only)
