The cake made using the water bath method is softer and more moist, but it was a bit overbaked this time. I will try to improve it next time:)

Prepare all the ingredients, sift the low flour, put the egg white and egg yolk in two water-free and oil-free basins, ready (some ingredients are not patted in)

Heat vegetable oil in a small pot to normal cooking temperature

Heat oil and put it into a bowl with flour and stir well. The flour can be stirred evenly without cutting

When the oil is cool to hand temperature, add egg yolks, condensed milk and mix well

Add a few drops of lemon juice, a few drops of vanilla oil, and 35g of sugar to the egg whites, and beat with a whisk until there are small peaks

Fold the egg whites into the batter in 2 batches. Be careful not to stir to avoid defoaming

Use a spoon to carefully put the batter into the mold and shake it

Prepare water bath supplies: Pour hot water into a baking pan, place a grill on top, and place in a preheated oven, 150 degrees, middle rack, for 25 minutes
