Fried eggs with jelly
Overview
I didn't use the jelly I bought yesterday. I kept it in the refrigerator overnight. I fried the jelly with eggs at night. It tasted really good.

Soak the jelly in water to make it separate and not stick together, then take out the jelly, cut off the longer pieces with a knife and put them on a plate.

Chopped green onions

Beat eggs

Heat the oil in the pot

Add the eggs, let them set slightly and spread them out

Add additional oil to the pot, add jelly, light soy sauce, chopped green onion, and pepper powder, and continue to stir-fry

Add jelly and salt and stir-fry for a few minutes. Dish out
