Overview
I'm tired of the stewed pork ribs, so I switched to fried ones today. The marinated pork ribs are fried in rapeseed and crispy. It's great with wine and snacks.

Chop the ribs into pieces and put them in a bowl, add a spoonful of soy sauce, half a spoonful of vinegar, an appropriate amount of pepper powder and wine and marinate for half a day, or about 3 hours

Pour rapeseed oil into the wok. When the oil temperature is 70% hot, put the marinated ribs in and fry,

When the ribs are fried and mature, take them out, wait until the oil temperature rises to 90% hot, put the ribs in and fry again

If you like it crispier, you can fry it longer. Don't like it too dry. Fry for 3 to 5 minutes, remove and drain the oil, and sprinkle with sesame seeds while hot. It’s ready to eat. If you like spicy food, you can dip it into the barbecue chili noodles
