Yogurt, pure milk, sugar

Pour about 30ML-40ML of yogurt into a clean container without water or oil

Add pure milk (now add it directly in summer, if it needs to be heated to about 30 degrees in winter, keep it safe), add an appropriate amount of sugar, and stir evenly.
