Homemade bread crumbs
Overview
When frying food, a layer of bread crumbs is coated on the outside of the food. The food is golden in color, crispy, tender and delicious. I made two pieces of toast the day before. Since I didn’t buy enough flour, it didn’t have enough chewy texture, so it tasted a bit powdery and the texture wasn’t very good, so I made it into bread crumbs the next day. I didn’t expect that the making process was very simple and the finished product was also very good. Since I like the grains to be thicker, I chose to roll them by hand, which is easier to control. If you like something finer, you can use a food processor to break it.

Steps
-
One piece of toast, I only used two pieces
-
Break off a piece and remove the skin
-
Cut both pieces of toast into small cubes and spread them flat on the baking sheet
-
After preheating the oven to 120 degrees, place the baking sheet on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Pinch it with your hands (be careful not to burn your hands) until the toast is firm
-
After baking, remove from heat
-
After cooling, put it into a food bag and roll it into pieces with a rolling pin. You can also use a food processor to break it up

Once done, it can be used to fry delicious food. Store the unused bread crumbs in a sealed bottle and refrigerate
