  1. Prepare cold noodles.

  2. Boil a pot of water and add cold noodles.

  3. Cook for about 2 minutes.

  4. Prepare some cold water and rinse the cold noodles until they are refreshing and smooth.

  5. Put cold noodles into a large bowl.

  6. Prepare other ingredients and spicy cabbage. Prepare cold noodle soup: beef broth, sugar, 9 degree rice vinegar, spicy cabbage soup, chicken essence, freshly squeezed apple juice, pear juice. Best prepared in advance and refrigerated.

  7. Arrange ingredients on cold noodles and top with hot sauce. Pour in the cold noodle soup and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Add ice cubes. The refreshing and delicious Korean cold noodles are ready!
