Rich and smooth----banana milkshake
Overview
Strangely enough, my family neither likes eating bananas nor drinking milk, but I have a special liking for these two foods. It’s hard not to love them. The weather has been unusually hot recently. Make yourself a banana milkshake in your spare time. While cooling down and relieving the heat, it can also replenish the water and nutrients your body needs and keep you full of energy throughout the summer!

Ingredients
Steps
-
To prepare ingredients, a food processor is a must.
-
Peel the banana and cut into small pieces.
-
Put the cut banana segments into a blender.
-
Add another bag of milk.
-
Add a spoonful of condensed milk. (I like milkshakes that are full of milk, so you don’t have to put them in if you don’t have them)
-
Start the food processor and stir with a little pressure. Do not stir continuously for too long.
-
Check that there are no lumps of banana in the cup, and the liquid has thickened before pouring into the cup.
-
The refrigerated banana milkshake is more delicious, so try it now.
