Garlic vermicelli and oysters
Overview
Relatives brought some oysters, or oyster meat, from the seaside. They were very fresh. I grilled some according to the method of grilling oysters. They tasted quite good.

Wrap the pizza pan with tin foil and add oysters. Add salt, cooking wine, and pepper and marinate for a while.

Chop the garlic into minced garlic, put it into the oil pan, and stir-fry over low heat until it is slightly golden.

Pour the fried minced garlic with oil into a bowl, add minced red pepper, minced green pepper, add salt, seafood soy sauce and mix well to make a sauce.

Place the pre-scalded vermicelli on top of the oysters, and evenly spread a layer of garlic seasoning.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees in advance, set the middle layer to upper and lower heat, and bake for about 15-20 minutes.

It’s ready to eat. The garlic-flavored oysters are super delicious.
