Mini Pumpkin Pizza (pan version)
Overview
This is a small and cute crispy crust pizza that can be made without an oven. Because it is made in a pan, it has a crispy crust, which makes it easier to cook and easier to make. I use ordinary yeast dough, because I always make steamed buns at night. Sometimes, I will leave a small piece of dough and put it in the refrigerator. Then I can make pan pizza for my son the next morning. Isn’t it very convenient? If you occasionally put some thought into making some changes to breakfast, the children will definitely like it.

Ingredients
Steps
-
A piece of pumpkin dough (take out from the refrigerator). For the preparation method, see Pumpkin Steamed Buns.
-
Sprinkle a little dry powder on the chopping board and spread it thinly, mine is about 2-3 mm thick.
-
Poke some small holes with a fork and set aside to ferment for a while.
-
Cut the green pepper into small dices, cut the ham into thin slices, and cut the onion into small rings.
-
Grate the cheese thinly so that it melts easily when grilled.
-
Put a little oil in the pot, add green pepper, ham, onion and fry for a while, then add a little black pepper.
-
Do not put any oil in the pan, put the pumpkin pie crust into the pan and bake over low heat until both sides are basically cooked. (The bottom side can be baked for a little longer, because it will take a while after other ingredients are put on it)
-
Spread a layer of tomato sauce.
-
Add green peppers, ham sausage, and onions.
-
Sprinkle with cheese.
-
Cover and bake in pan.
-
Bake until cheese melts and serve hot.
