Baked Mushrooms with White Sauce and Cheese
Overview
The mushrooms baked in the oven are delicious, the meat is plump and juicy. White sauce is a very authentic sauce in Western food. It is rich in milk, light and delicious. Today I will use these two to make a refreshing side dish. Although it is simple, it is absolutely classic when paired with a Western staple dish.

Prepare the food; preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Wash the surface of the mushrooms and break off the roots

Wash spinach and chop into small pieces

Heat the pot over low heat, add butter and melt

Add flour and mix well

Add milk, stirring constantly

Keep the heat low and stir continuously until the white sauce is not stuck to the bottom of the pot with a spatula, then turn off the heat

Add chopped spinach, salt and pepper to taste

Sprinkle salt on the mushrooms, brush with some butter, fill with white sauce, and place in a baking pan

Place a small cheese slice on each mushroom

Bake in 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes
