Banana toast box
Overview
A simple and quick breakfast, the toast is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, sweet and delicious. Fry the banana first, then roast it and then sprinkle some cinnamon powder to enhance the whole taste.

Cut the toast into about 4cm thick slices and hollow out the middle.

Peel and slice the banana, and set aside a small piece of butter.

Turn on low heat, melt the butter in the pan, and brush the inner wall of the toast and the outer square border with a layer of butter.

Put the banana slices into the pot, fry slowly over low heat until the banana turns yellow, sprinkle with a little cinnamon powder.

Fry both sides.

Place fried bananas on toast and sprinkle sugar on top. (There is no need to sprinkle it on the banana, the banana itself is very sweet)

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and take out the middle rack in about 8 minutes.
