Cranberry Shortbread
Overview
I bought a pack of cranberries at Costco and looked at them as they were probably expired, so I used them to make cookies.

Weigh the materials each

Let the butter warm to room temperature, cut into pieces that can be pressed with your fingers, and stir until smooth. Add powdered sugar in batches, and beat until the color turns slightly white.

Add egg liquid in portions

Add cranberries

Sift in the flour in batches

Mix by turning and pressing to form a dough.

Cover with plastic wrap and shape the dough

You can shape it into a round or square shape and freeze until the dough becomes firm.

Take it out of the freezer and cut it into about 0.5cm (the ceramic knife is very easy to use, and it can be cut neatly without using any force)

Lay out parchment paper and arrange the cookies one by one. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees for 20 minutes, turning once in the middle.
