Wooden bran cup
Overview
Wooden bran cup is one of the most unique desserts in Macau, as famous as Portuguese egg tarts. It is said that the former Governor of Macau also liked it very much. The biscuits were shaped like chaff, hence the name. This dessert is a perfect combination of biscuit crumbs and whipped cream. When it is iced, it looks like frozen food, and when the temperature rises, it looks like mousse. It tastes endless aftertaste.
