lemon pear
Overview
The pears I chose are very sweet, so I didn’t add too much rock sugar. It depends on personal preference. If I make it according to my own portion, it won’t be too sweet or too sour. Well, I really like this flavor.

Steps
-
Peel three pears and put them aside. Boil water and set aside.
-
Leave aside the fleshless part of the lemon, cut it into thin slices, and squeeze out a few drops of lemonade (remember the lemon must be a real lemon, not the bottled lemon juice outside!) Cut the pears into small pieces but not too small (the pears are too big and will not taste good after being steamed for a long time.)
-
This is the rock sugar I put in. It’s not too big. The amplified pear taste will be cloying when eaten, and if the pear is very sweet, you will not be able to eat it and it will be wasted! So taste the sweetness of the pears before steaming them.

It can be steamed and picked up when the pears are ripe.

The finished product is super delicious~ Hmm...you can also eat lemon.
