Add salt and black pepper to the steak and marinate it for a while (marinate according to personal taste)

After the water boils, add the pasta, cook over low heat for 5 to 8 minutes, cover and simmer for another 2 minutes

After cooking, rinse with cold water and drain (to prevent clumping)

Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add steak and fry repeatedly until steak is cooked through

Plate the cooked pasta

Blanch diced carrots and green beans in boiling water

After placing on the plate, pour tomato sauce/black pepper juice and sprinkle with chopped green onion
