Homemade Dandan Noodles
Overview
Simple and delicious dandan noodles are here! Dandan noodles are a specialty snack in Sichuan, China. It is said that Dandan noodles were created by a Zigong hawker nicknamed Chen Baobao in 1841. In the early days, they were carried on shoulder poles and sold along the streets, so they were called Dandan noodles. In 2013, Dandan noodles were selected into China's top ten famous noodles for the first time by the Ministry of Commerce and the China Hotel Association.

Add water to the pot, bring to a boil, add alkaline noodles and cook until there are no white cores
