Facing the current food safety issues, as a mother, it is really frustrating. My husband and baby both like to drink drinks, so for their health, I had to make it myself. Especially when my baby has a cough, he refuses to eat Sichuan Fritillaria Stewed with Sydney, so the next best thing is to make lemonade for her. However, if you soak lemons in honey, the honey will always become very bitter. Later, I came up with this method based on hawthorn rock sugar water. This is my first time uploading a recipe, please take care of me.

  1. Prepare what you need. For convenience, I usually use mineral water. The rock sugar I choose is large rock sugar

  2. Pour water into a cold water cup, then add rock sugar and honey. My taste is on the sour side, so I only added two large pieces of rock sugar and a small spoonful of honey

  3. Wash the lemons with salt, peel off the yellow lemon peel thinly, and soak it in salt water for about 20 to 30 minutes. If there is too much white part on the yellow lemon peel, the soaking time will be longer, so be sure not to remove too much white part.

  4. I use a hand juicer to squeeze lemon juice

  5. Pick out the lemon seeds

  6. Pour the fried lemon juice into a glass of cold water

  7. Then add the soaked lemon peel. If you don't add lemon peel, the lemonade will only have a sweet and sour taste. The lemon peel can make the lemonade more fragrant.

  8. You can leave it at room temperature until the rock sugar has melted, stir evenly and then put it in the refrigerator. You can also put it in the refrigerator immediately, but it will take longer for the rock sugar to melt. After the rock sugar has melted, stir evenly and drink.
