Cotton cake

Cotton cake

Overview

This cake is a recipe I collected a few days ago from Zhibao’s mother who loves beauty. I have always liked to try and learn how to cook different delicacies. When I saw the word cotton, I thought the texture should be soft. I tried making it twice today. The first one I made in the morning was in a paper cup and was given to a very nice sister. Because she was sick, we went to see her, so I made this cake for her. I hope she recovers soon, and I also hope that every friend will pay attention to their own health. The second time in the afternoon is to prepare the children for breakfast tomorrow.

  14. Let it cool after baking. It was not dry and cracked when I baked it, but I didn't pay attention when I took it out, and it became dry and cracked in the middle, which was frustrating.
