Cream cheese biscuits
Overview

Cut the butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature.

Add the softened butter to the sugar and beat until pale and fluffy.

Add cream cheese.

Continue to beat until completely combined.

Add a little salt, sift in the low-gluten flour in batches, and stir evenly.

Knead the dough and roll it out into a half-centimeter-flat crust.

Use straws of different thicknesses to poke holes of different sizes in the crust.

Use a spatula to cut the skin into rectangles, then cut it diagonally into triangles to create a cheese-like texture.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place shaped cookies on it.

Bake in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes. Once out of the oven, place on a drying rack to cool completely. Complete
