Stir-fried sour beans with dried tofu

Dice the dried tofu. Also dice the pickles. Prepare appropriate amounts of minced garlic and dried chili peppers

Add oil to the pot and sauté the minced garlic and chili pepper

Pour in the dried tofu and stir-fry for a minute

Then add the pickled beans and stir-fry together. Add light soy sauce, white sugar and chicken essence to taste

Cook an appropriate amount and simmer for two minutes to allow the flavors to blend better
