Overview
Cloud bread is made by only beating egg whites. It is very simple, but the finished product is very soft and delicious, and children especially like it.

Prepare the ingredients: egg whites, sugar and starch.

Add two drops of white vinegar to the egg whites.

Add to the egg whites in three batches and beat.

Beat the egg whites until they can stand up into a small peak.

Add the starch to the egg whites and mix evenly with a whisk.

Place oiled paper on a baking sheet, spread the whipped egg white on top, like a snowman, and sprinkle a little nuts on top.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
