Overview
Coming from the prairie, I have always had a special liking for mutton, so mutton kebabs have naturally become my family’s favorite! Lamb leg meat is used to grill this kebab. The meat of mutton leg is tender, easy to digest, warm in nature and sweet in taste. It is both a dietary supplement and a therapeutic food. It is an excellent food for strengthening and curing diseases! This kebab at home is grilled in an electric oven. It is very convenient to put it under the range hood when grilling!

When the color changes slightly, brush with a layer of vegetable oil, turning over halfway

When the color turns yellow and becomes darker, stack the meat skewers together and sprinkle with salt, cumin and chili powder. Roast for a few more minutes to get the flavor and serve. If you like spicy food, you can sprinkle chili powder again at this time.
