Preparation materials: low-gluten flour, whole egg liquid, butter, powdered sugar, dried cranberries

Soften butter and add powdered sugar and mix well without beating; add egg liquid + sifted flour + dried cranberries and mix well; shape the mixed dough into a rectangle and put it in the refrigerator for an hour; cut the frozen dough into about 0.7cm pieces, place them on a baking sheet, put them in a preheated oven, and bake at 165°C for about 20 minutes;

Bake for about ten minutes over high and low heat. When a golden edge appears on the bottom edge of the cookie dough, turn off the low heat and continue baking for the remaining time;

When the surface turns golden brown, place the baked biscuits on a rack to cool

Other things to note: Dried cranberries can be replaced with raisins or other dried fruits; butter can be used after softening, no need to whip; the gap between the biscuits on the baking sheet should be large enough, because the biscuits will expand during the baking process and need enough space.
