Complementary food shrimp paste for 9 months and above
Overview
This shrimp slider is almost all shrimp, and it tastes very delicious when you bite it. Although there is no seasoning, it is still very delicious. It’s not difficult to make, and the ingredients are very simple. A little egg white is added here. If you are allergic to egg white, you can omit it and add more starch, but the taste will definitely be affected a little. If you don’t have corn starch, you can also use sweet potato starch or potato starch. It’s very delicious. Children can just cook it directly and eat it as finger food. Shrimp is a high-protein food and can be given to children 1-2 times a week.

Ingredients
Steps
-
I used large peony shrimps. You can use shrimps you can buy. It is best to peel them yourself. The net weight after peeling is 180g. Cut the shrimp lines in the middle and remove them.
-
Soak the green onion slices in water and shrimp to remove the fishy smell, about 15-30 minutes.
-
Take out the shrimps, squeeze out the water, and press them into puree with a knife.
-
Chop with the back of the knife, so the taste will be better. If you use a cooking stick, the graininess will be less. It only takes about 10 minutes to see that the chop is relatively fine.
-
Add 10g of egg white into the bowl and stir clockwise until the shrimp feels a little strong. Keep stirring in a circular motion for five minutes.
-
Finally add cornstarch.
-
Continue stirring until it becomes very thick and lumpy.
-
Boil water in a pot, and after it boils over low heat, add the shrimp paste. You can make it into a round shape or a long strip shape. Bring it to a boil and it will float.
