Cheese Anchovy Shrimp
Overview
Cheese (one type is also called cheese) is a fermented milk product. Its properties are similar to common kefir. They are both made through a fermentation process and contain lactic acid bacteria that can provide health care. However, the concentration of cheese is higher than that of yogurt, which is similar to solid food, and its nutritional value is therefore richer. In addition to the cheese we use in daily pizza and baked rice, fresh shrimps with cheese also taste great, especially after high-temperature baking or frying, the cheese melts and becomes pulpy, giving it an even better taste.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Select 8 fresh shrimps of even size.
-
Peel, devein and devein the shrimps. Use a knife to slit the belly of the shrimps. Do not cut into sections. Wash and set aside.
-
Grind a little black pepper, add fish sauce for an hour, and marinate the prawns for 10 minutes.
-
Prepare the bread crumbs, flour and eggs for wrapping the shrimps. After beating the eggs, sift them to get a fine egg liquid. Prepare one slice of cheese and divide it equally into 8 portions.
-
Take the cheese sticks, fold them in half and stuff them into the cut shrimp bellies.
-
Coat evenly with flour first.
-
Dip in egg wash.
-
Roll in bread crumbs.
-
Do everything in turn.
-
You can fry it, but a healthier way to cook it is to use an air fryer without adding a drop of oil. Line the frying basket with tin foil and lay the shrimp flat in it.
-
Preheat to 180 degrees for 3 minutes and bake for 15 minutes. Turn it over once every 5-6 minutes, otherwise the color will be different on both sides.
-
I like the popping feeling very much. At 12 minutes, it is almost done, so I turn it over again.
-
It can be dipped in ketchup, mustard sauce, Thai sweet and spicy sauce, and the taste is great.
