Steps
-
Cut the orange in half and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.
-
After digging, it will turn purple. Be careful not to dig through the buttocks at the bottom of the orange, otherwise it will leak~
-
(Forgive me for being lazy, I only took one photo) Wrap it in gauze, squeeze out the juice from the pulp, and squeeze it into a small cup. Place the small cup in a pot and heat it over water. Note that it must be waterproof! There should not be too much water outside to avoid flooding into the cup. Use low heat to ensure that the water is warm but not boiling. Put the QQ sugar into a small cup and melt it. Stir gently with chopsticks until it is completely melted.
-
Pour the melted sugar liquid into the orange shell and freeze it in the refrigerator (I froze it for about 15 minutes)
-
After freezing, take it out to dry for a while. When the pudding is soft, cut it with a knife.
-
Does it have the effect of confusing the fake with the real thing? ~
