Toffee

Toffee

Overview

Making this toffee is a great way to use up whipped cream. If you like cocoa flavor and matcha flavor, you can add 5 grams of cocoa powder and 5 grams of matcha powder respectively (you must sift in cocoa powder and matcha powder when adding to reduce clumping).

  2. Slightly thicken, stir constantly while cooking to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot

  3. As it gets thicker and thicker, the paste scooped up by the spoon will slowly fall down, and the traces will remain for a while before disappearing, so it can be removed from the fire.

  4. After taking off the heat, continue stirring for about a minute, then put it into a heat-resistant piping bag. Squeeze the sugar liquid into the mold. The squeezing speed must be fast.

  5. Then place it in a cold place (refrigerator is also acceptable) and wait until the candy hardens before unmoulding.
