Overview
My friend gave me some fresh ginseng as a gift, but I didn't get any good chicken. Let’s stew the ribs and eat them

The pork ribs butcher shop has helped chop it into small pieces. Go home and soak in water to soak up the bleeding water. I soaked for about an hour.

Prepare ginseng and corn
-
Put cold water in the pot, add the ribs and blanch them. Add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.
-
Cut the corn into sections and take 1/3 of the ginseng root for later use.
-
Blanch the pork ribs and blanch them in water until they scum, then discard them. Replace with new water, add ribs, corn and ginseng and simmer over low heat.
-
I stewed it for an hour and it was already soft. When it's almost out of the pan, add salt to taste.

Serve it out. Very fragrant pork rib soup.
