Steps

  2. Prepare the ingredients: 450ml of pure milk, 100ml of Guanyi milk yogurt, and 40g of fine sugar.

  3. Pour pure milk into a measuring cup, add fine sugar and mix well.

  4. Add Guanyi milk yogurt to pure milk and stir evenly.

  5. Sieve three times and cannot be omitted.

  6. Glass containers can be cleaned and sterilized at high temperature. You can choose to steam or boil them. Pour the milk solution into the glass container and close the lid.

  7. Place the glass container filled with milk in the Korean Kuchen rice cooker and add purified water as shown in the picture.

  8. Select yogurt mode and turn it on.

  9. Fermentation time is 8 hours.

  10. Delicious yogurt is ready! Open the lid and tilt it to see if there is any flow.

  11. Take out the yogurt and put it in the refrigerator. You can pair it with your favorite fruit biscuits before eating, and it will be a very good afternoon tea.
