Ingredients: tomatoes, shrimps (remove the heads, peel the shrimps, remove the intestines and leave the tails), green tea, corn kernels, green beans (corn kernels and green beans are stored in the summer, so I blanch them in advance for a better taste).

Marinate the shrimps with salt and pepper for 5 minutes.

Soak green tea in hot water and set aside.

Cut off the heads of tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and flesh with a knife and spoon.

Add sugar to corn kernels and green beans, add part of the scooped out tomato flesh and mix well.

Put into a cup made of tomatoes.
