Low-fat banana trifle
Overview
A lot of fruit is added to the cake batter, and the flavor will become very bland during the baking process. But a ripe banana completely overturns this fact. This cake does not beat egg whites and uses baking powder as a leavening agent. What is baking powder? It is made from soda ash combined with other acidic materials. Its fermentation principle is: after contact with moisture, part of the CO2 is released, and more gas is released during the heating process. Its dosage is generally clearly written on the packaging bag. If not, generally use 2%-3% of the flour. Adding too much will make it bitter.
