  1. Lemons must be washed, head and tail removed, each cut into 8-9 slices, and seeds removed (the seeds may be bitter).

  2. There are six roses in each jar, followed by a layer of rock sugar and a layer of lemon.

  3. Stew pot, timed, no need to look at it.

  4. That's six hours.

  5. After stewing for ten hours, it is steamy and fuzzy.

  6. Bottle while hot, close the lid, and cook for ten minutes. (bottles sterilized in advance)

  7. Completed. Open the lid and put it in the refrigerator. Drink it with water and it's very delicious.
