Steps

1. 1 Wash the hawthorn and drain the water

   

2. 2 Remove the head and tail of the hawthorn, put it in a pot and add water

   

3. 3 Slightly make the hawthorn soup, take it out as shown in the picture

   

4. 4 Use a mixing stick to stir the hawthorn into a puree

   

5. 5 This is the crushed hawthorn puree and put it in the pot

   

6. 6 Add rock sugar and cook for half an hour, stirring constantly

   

7. 7 Cook it like this

   

8. 8 Pour it into a box and eat it when it’s cool
