Cranberry Cookies ~ First Cookies in Life
Overview
I bought a small house, but I have a big kitchen, and I can finally do my favorite baking. I saw my friends showing off the cranberry cookies made by my family, and finally couldn’t help but buy dried cranberries in a cat supermarket. Although the first version was too popular, the second version is quite suitable. I can make it for my children when I have children. My husband, this big white mouse, loves it

Steps
-
Steam the butter in a hot pan, add sugar and stir. I added an egg directly
-
Cranberry changed to diced
-
Stir the diced cranberries into the butter and egg mixture, add flour, and mix into a dough with a mixing knife
-
Put in plastic wrap, pat it into rows with a knife, and put it in the refrigerator freezer for an hour
-
Cover the oven with tin foil. Preheat 180° for 10 minutes. Slice the cranberries, arrange them on a plate, and bake at 180° for 11 minutes
-
When it comes out of the pan, it’s the first time I’ve made it, but it’s very crispy. I love it
