Marinate the Longli fish fillet with lemon juice and a small amount of salt for 15 minutes.

Put a small amount of oil in the pan, heat it up, and fry the marinated fish fillets in the pan.

Fry until one side of the fish fillet is browned and then turn over.

Fry until the other side is browned, then flip and fry for another minute.

Remove from pot and plate.
