Scones
Overview
In fact, the dough cake is baked in the oven. It is a different way of making it, but it tastes great and tastes better than the baked one.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix yeast and flour, add water and knead into a dough, and ferment until doubled in size. (Yeast can be dissolved in warm water in advance)
-
Fry and crush the sesame seeds, leaving some for spreading on the surface
-
chopped ham
-
Take out the fermented dough and roll it into a rectangular shape with a rolling pin
-
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top
-
Place ham in the middle
-
Stack one side toward the middle
-
Sprinkle ham and sesame seeds again (ok, I admit I sprinkled a little too much)
-
Fold the other side up, push out any air bubbles, and pinch all sides. Use a rolling pin to roll it thin, not too thin. Carry out second fermentation
-
Brush the surface with egg wash
-
Sprinkle some chopped green onion and sesame seeds
-
Heat the oven to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes
-
It tastes good
