Sometimes I’m lazy and don’t want to cook at night, so it’s good to add some pickles and just have porridge with rice, and I have a big appetite

Wash green radish without peeling

Cut off the head and tail

Cut into small strips and put into glass bottles

Boil a small pot of pepper salt brine and let it cool down to make it very salty

Pour enough pepper water into the glass bottle to cover the radish strips

Sprinkle dried chili shreds and tighten the lid

It will be marinated in about 7 or 8 days
