Strawberry Chocolate Fence Cake
Overview
My personal favorite cake is made during strawberry season. The combination of chocolate and strawberry makes it taste great! At this stage, strawberries are no longer available. You can use other fruits you like to replace them. Such as raspberry, etc...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Make an eight-inch chiffon cake in advance as a decorative cream cake. It is recommended to use a formula with a larger amount of powder so that it has enough endurance.
-
First make the filling ganache and pour the whipped cream into a small pot.
-
Heat over low heat and pour in the same amount of chocolate chips, stir slightly until melted and set aside to cool down before use
-
Cut the chiffon cake into three pieces, and when the ganache has cooled slightly, spread it on top as a filling. Then cover it with a cake slice to complete the two slices...
-
Add the light cream to the sugar and whip until required [about 7 minutes]
-
Spread butter on top
-
Spread a layer of parchment paper according to the waistline of the cake and a little higher than the cake. If the length is not enough, connect it with the tape on the back
-
Chop the chocolate into a piping bag and soak in warm water until melted. [The water temperature should not be too high]
-
First diagonally to the right, then diagonally to the left to draw the required horizontal stripe
-
Make adjustments according to weather conditions, if it is winter now. When it's almost dry, immediately surround the cake. Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour! If the chocolate is too dry and the fence is broken, pile some chocolate chips under the fence as a mound
-
After half an hour, take out the cake to decorate and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
-
Then the cake is finished
