Homemade red date yogurt
Overview
First, scald the container with hot water, pour in 1L pure milk, 1 gram of Sichuan mushroom powder, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, and stir evenly. Then wash the red dates, remove the jujube shells and put them into a blender to stir. Pour the blended dates into the container. The yogurt machine can be plugged in for six to eight hours.
