Wash the ribs, cut into small pieces and set aside!

Heat the oil in a pan, pour the drained pork ribs into the wok, and stir-fry for a while until there is no moisture.

Add the cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and salt to the pork ribs pot and stir-fry over high heat!

After adding all the ingredients and stir-frying, add an appropriate amount of boiling water to submerge the ribs, and start simmering on high heat!

Wash the arrowroot, cut into two sides, and set aside!
