  1. Wash the ribs, cut into small pieces and set aside!

  2. Heat the oil in a pan, pour the drained pork ribs into the wok, and stir-fry for a while until there is no moisture.

  3. Add the cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and salt to the pork ribs pot and stir-fry over high heat!

  4. After adding all the ingredients and stir-frying, add an appropriate amount of boiling water to submerge the ribs, and start simmering on high heat!

  5. Wash the arrowroot, cut into two sides, and set aside!

  6. Blanch the washed Arrowhead in boiling water to remove the bitterness!

  7. Dish up the Arrowhead that has been soaked in hot water and set aside!

  8. After the ribs have been simmered for 20 minutes, add Arrowhead into the pot and simmer together!

  9. There is almost no water, so use high heat to collect the juice!

  10. The juice has dried up and it’s time to plate it!
