Homemade Mango Yogurt
Overview
My little one and I both like to drink yogurt, and there are a lot of additives sold in supermarkets! So I started to do it myself, and I had enough food and clothing! Simple and delicious ~ you should try it too!

One kilogram of pure milk, one gram of lactic acid bacteria in a small packet, and a large sterilized bowl (I forgot to take the spoon)

Pour a little milk into a bowl, add lactic acid bacteria and mix well

Then add all the milk and stir well (I don’t think I can drink that much at once, so I left some for the cake)

Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the oven to start the fermentation function. After seven hours

Added some homemade orange jam and powdered sugar, it tastes amazing

It’s also a good idea to place it on the yogurt as a decoration! (You can also decorate according to the mango blossom method in my recipe)
