Cumin toothpick meat skewers
Overview
In the recipe taught by my colleague, a little five-spice powder was added to the meat. I couldn't find the five-spice powder at home, so I left it out. It was quite delicious. I also added some white sesame seeds to make the toothpick meat skewers look even better.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the meat and slice it into slices.
-
Put 1 level spoon of dark soy sauce.
-
Then add 1 level spoon of light soy sauce, 2 level spoons of cornstarch, appropriate amount of salt, a little chicken essence, stir well and let it sit for 20 minutes.
-
Use toothpicks to skewer each piece of meat and sprinkle some cumin powder.
-
Put a little oil in the pan and turn on low heat.
-
Add toothpicks and fry. (Played in 2 times)
-
Turn over and sprinkle cumin powder (the meat I cut is a bit thick, I turned the meat skewers several times, just like stir-fry, and then sprinkled cumin powder 3 times)
-
Put the twice-fried toothpick meat skewers together, sprinkle an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds and mix well.

It's ready to eat.
