Prepare the ingredients. The noodles are slightly wider. It is not recommended to prepare thin noodles.

Shred the kohlrabi. I have some leftover shredded beef at home, so I cut some of it. If I don’t have it, I can add some shredded pork or not.

Bring the water to a boil and cook the noodles over medium-low heat until they are about 8 minutes cooked. Do not overcook them or they will become rotten after frying.
