Braised Chicken Noodles

Overview

There was a little bit of soup and two chicken drumsticks left over from the braised chicken I made last night. I happened to have ramen at home, so I improvised a braised chicken noodle with a unique flavor. The recipe for braised chicken has been posted before.

1. 1 Ingredients required: ramen noodles, spinach (preferably rapeseed), eggs, braised chicken.

   

2. 2 It is best to use ramen noodles or egg noodles.

   

3. 3 Boil the water and cook the noodles until they swell, then remove from the cold water.

   

4. 4 Heat the braised chicken and add noodles.

   

5. 5 Add eggs and blanched spinach.

   

6. 6 Done.
