  1. Add sugar, yeast and warm water to the flour and knead it into a small smooth dough. Cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to ferment overnight. Next morning, take it out to deflate and knead it into a small smooth dough

  2. Press down the small dough, use a rolling pin to roll it into a small round piece with a slightly thick edge. Use a small fork to poke holes (it's a bit ugly if you roll it tightly in the morning) and let it rise for a while
