Nutritious Sandwich
Overview
The day's plan starts in the morning. You must have a good breakfast to start a day full of energy! I made a nutritious sandwich with taro-flavored toast for breakfast today. There are toast to supplement carbohydrates, vegetables to supplement vitamins, eggs and cheese to supplement protein and calcium, and paired with a cup of grain-soy milk, it is full of nutrition and a wonderful start to the day!
