Overview

Gong Yaki, also called Golden Cake, is named Dorayaki because it is made up of two gong-like cakes. It is a dessert with baked dough and red bean paste filling inside. It is also a traditional Japanese pastry. The favorite food of Japanese cartoon characters Doraemon and Doraemon.

  1. Ingredients: 3 eggs, 60 grams of caster sugar, 2 tsp of honey, 120 grams of cake flour, 2 grams of baking powder, appropriate amount of strawberry jam

  6. Add the sifted low flour, be sure to sift it once so that air can enter the flour, making it easier to mix evenly without clumping, and it will be more fluffy. Cut and mix evenly without any lumps. (Cut and mix in straight lines, do not mix in circles to avoid tendons and affect the softness.)

  10. Spread the strawberry jam evenly on the light yellow side and cover with another pie.
